Notes

Dress is casual for the entire event.

If you want to visit the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) otherwise known as the Bone Yard it is done through the Pima Air Museum. Since the Bone Yard is on Davis Monthan Air Force Base, the base will be closed from Saturday thru Monday. So the last tours will be on Friday during your visit in Tucson. Reservations cannot be made and you have to go to the Pima Museum and buy a ticket for the tour. There are only two tours a day at 1100 and 1400. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. So you need to get to the Museum early, suggest at least two hours.

If you plan to travel to Mexico (not recommended) you will need a passport or a passport card. Driver’s license will not get you back in the United States without a lot of trouble in the process.
